We ship generally Mon-Wed via USPS and UPS.
Some plants tolerate shipping better than others and there are some inherent risks when shipping plants. Please understand these prior to making a purchase. We package our plants as carefully as possible, but we can't control what happens once the plant leaves our care. Plants can sometimes have leaf damage, yellowing or wilting as well as potential root damage as a result of shipping stress. Plants don't love being confined to dark boxes. The best possible thing to do in this circumstance is to let your plant REST and recover from their journey. We recommend you DO NOT unpot your plant right away. Place in a shady spot, give a small amount of water and do not fertlize right away. They will recoup and improve! We recommend heat packs during cold weather months and we have them available in our shop!
